Raising Money for Guide Dogs with Nelson

I'm passionate about supporting Guide Dogs because of the incredible independence they provide to people who are blind or have low vision. Guide Dogs play an important role in helping and protecting people who need support, giving them greater confidence, safety, and freedom in their daily lives.

As someone who enjoys walking with my own dog, this fundraiser is also a great motivation for me to get out and walk more. By raising funds, I hope to support the amazing work Guide Dogs do and help make a real difference in someone’s life.

My goal is to walk 125km through late July and August with my son (8-year-old puppy) Nelson who is looking forward to the new adventure and to help out his fellow paw-pals!!

We will be documenting all our walks on Strava and uploading below.

Please make a donation to support my challenge today. Every bit counts.

My Updates

In Memory - Matildia Pyne

I’m a dog person through and through, and I will always cherish the company and companionship I’m privileged to share with dogs.

Sadly, I lost my old girl Matilda in April 2024. It left me feeling very down and out, but if she taught me anything, it was to pick myself up and get back in the race!

I’m dedicating this fundraiser to my old lady Billy — also known as Tilly, also known as Matilda!
