Day 9, ended badly
Hey everybody, just wanting to update you all after todays walk ended up with Hudson being rushed to the vets.
We were about 15 mins from home when 2 dogs got out of their yard, and attacked hudson, i put my big brave boy pants on and defended him and mum, but sadly they still got him and now he has to have surgery, so our walks this weekend will be very limited, as im still a bit hyped up from it all and hudson want be able to walk for quiye awhile, one of his wounds is right on his bum and then a few all over his back too, but mum will make sure she does the walks.
Thank you to everyone for following our adventures and all our donations too.
Woof woof, week 1 done.
Woof woof guys, we have finished week 1 of Pawgust YAYE, we just wanted to say a big massive thank you to each and everyone of you that have sponsered us, we are truely thankful to you all.
Fatty aka hudson hasnt done every walk with us, as mumma has wanted to spend some one on one time with me cos ive become a bit feral ???, and we have been having the best times.
Mumma said she wants to try and do a big big walk soon too.
So today is day 2, and we walked 51 mins, which Hudson aka Fatty joined us for half the walk, ive been wanting to spend a bit more one on one time with Rosco aka Ratbag so we can get him back to walking amoungst other dogs without the fear he has taken on. So off to the school oval we went and walked around the outside while other doggies played, one of his buddies was there and naturally he wanted to go see him but that is going to take some time again to be able to do.
He loved having half the walk on his own, and slowly we will work on his confidence again.
A big thank you tp all our sponsers so far.
We are getting so excited, only just over 4 more weeks to go, till Pawgust officially gets under way.
We still have a bit of fundraising to go yet, but we are getting therr.
I am raising funds for Guide Dogs
My best mates Rosco, Hudson and I are taking part in PAWGUST 2019 on behalf of Guide Dogs Australia because I'm passionate about helping Guide Dog puppies in training and supporting people in our community living with disability.
During the month of August, my dogs and I will be walking 30 minutes a day for 30 days (that's roughly 2km every day which is no small feat in the winter weather!) to raise vital funds for Guide Dogs and support their puppies currently in training.
And that's where you come in! By supporting my dogs and I, you are helping to improve the quality of life for all Aussies living with disability, and to give the puppies the best start in their journey to becoming Guide Dogs.
Will you please show your support by donating to me today? Anything you can give will help.
With your support we can change people’s lives by helping current Guide Dog puppies in training. Plus, it will also inspire me and my pooches to complete my 30 minutes each day!
Thank you so much.
Thank you to my SupPAWters
